About / CV

    Cori is a pop-surreal and narrative artist/illustrator. Cori's artwork shows her interests in animals and nature, and is often filled with references from childhood.  Cori began been doodling as a child, went to college to doodle more professionally, and after graduating with a degree in painting spent many years showing work in galleries around the country. Her paintings are collected and exhibited worldwide and she can often be found travelling to conventions and events with Furbeast Forest, the land of her imaginary monsters. 

    Cori currently resides in Oregon, USA. She received a BFA in painting from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and works out of a studio in her home that she shares with a menagerie of critters, both real and make-believe. When she isn't at home painting, creating monsters or mixing paints she can be found snuggled in a blanket with a book or enjoying the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
